“Bought the Teak Adirondack Chairs (2) and the Teak end table with shelf. Both were extremely well packaged and craftsmanship is exceptional. Love the brass fasteners for weathering the elements and they just look great. Fit of the pieces is tight so nothing is wobbly while the wood is at its driest, which is important as moisture swells wood. Can take a little extra effort with a rubber mallet to get everything to fit and the holes could use a slight countersink to ease line-up and assembly, but the quality is excellent.”

“The wood is beautiful. Blemish free and smooth as "silk". Everything was shipped and arrived in the expected timeframe. Chairs were on backorder when purchased but still arrived fairly quickly and shipped when they were anticpated to be available for shipping. All furniture was wrapped in bubblewrap and double boxed in sturdy cardboard. Would definately recommend Ash & Ember and will look to them for my next furniture needs.”

“Beautifully packaged — no shipping damage whatsoever (which somehow happens with these things.) I don’t know if this is the norm, but it came the day after my order was placed. The easiest thing to put together! I’ve done this before with other products and I was amazed that I didn’t have to get out the mallet and force it together. All joints were perfectly aligned. And beautifully crafted. I’d order again from this company. Looks great on our patio.”

“The grill I purchased was well built and worked as it should, I purchased another one for my RV park. The problem I had was how the grill was packaged for shipping both grills were damaged in shipping. The grills are very heavy and need better support for grabbing the box, both grills were dropped I'm sure several times.”

“Received the 36" sphere fire pit. The burn was very good and generated tons of radiant heat sitting around it. It does take some time to heat the cast to temp, but once its warm its great to sit around!”

“My only complaint is the locknuts, are nylon locknuts, for something used with fire it melts out and the nut backs off, but cooks a mean steak”

“I just got and put together my four Ash & Ember Teak Adirondack Chairs. I was shocked to find the weight, finishing and quality of the wood used! I would challenge anyone to find a better product on the market at this price. Hopefully with casual maintenance (cleaning & sealing) these chairs will last longer than me!”
