“Odered a Scratch & Dent item from Ash & Ember. Web description said "cosmetic blems and minor damage" and that some hardware maty be missing. Well, it arrived with ALL hardware missing! After purchasing the missing hardware the item cost me MORE than the price for the new item. SO much for "minor damage". A pretty dissapointing experience!”

“3 of the 4 pit stand legs are bent up pretty bad. I didn't realize that a scratch and dent sale meant bent beyond useability....So, I learned a lesson about Ash and Ember....”

“Absolutely beatiful bench. The wood is really nice and the craftsmanship is superb. I was a little hesitant buying something like this sight unseen on the internet but I am more than happy suprised by this bench. One of the nicest I've ever owned or seen.”

“We recently purchased both the Sandhill table and set of matching sandhill chairs. After assembling the furniture and putting in the space we noticed the arm chairs do not tuck underneath the table as the top of the arm hits the bottom of the table top. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times over the past two weeks and yet to have a resolution to this issue. Not only is the design poor and people eating have to sit on the edge of the chair they also stick out further than anticipated whennot in use. Furthermore customer service is terrible in getting back to me.”

“The grill appeared to have been in a plane crash, the box was extremely damaged with a mile of tape on it, the grill sides were bent, i was able to straighten them and i was surprized to have all the parts to assemble it once i did open the box. I like the grille, just could have reached me in much better condition.”

“Santa Maria open fire grill doesn't come with assembly instructions. Customer deuce only emailed me basic manual for grill that shows parts, warnings and it's basically useless”

“This is a real review, I’m not a robot nor paid to write the following; I ordered a fire pit from them on April 26th. I did pay for the expedited shipping which was 3-5 days, I received my fire pit on April 28th and was shocked to say the least!!!! Very well run company!! This is top quality materials that the fire pit is made out of, and also at a great price. I’ve bought fire pits from big box stores and they rust and burn through within one fall season; I can promise anyone that these fire pits will last for years. I Can’t wait to start using it and enjoying precious time with my family. Ash & Ember, give yourselves a pat on the back for exceptional customer service and an even better product!!!!”

“The park style grill I ordered is well designed and built. Unfortunately, it was not sturdy enough to survive it's journey to my door. Due to woefully inadequate packaging and some rough handling along the way, my beautiful grill arrived with a huge dent in its side. Suggesion: If you are going to order a grill from Ash & Ember, pay for the shipping insurance. I'm glad I did.”

“I love the look and feel of this well made Adirondack chair. Assembling the arms took a good bit of wrestling but once it came together the joints were tight and solid. Great piece of furniture! I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up to south Florida weather. My only suggestion would be to find some “E” bolts that have a longer sleeve to make arm alignment easier.”
