“Next time brand new customer like myself participates in 5% off, honor it. Nothing that I "easily" saw said anything about sale items not included. I love the fireside grate but thought the pitch for 5% for my email info was shady”

“Product was shipped promptly. I had it sent to the wrong address and even though I notified the company immediately, there was a disconnect between shipping, so that I couldn't get the labelled corrected before it was in laiding. After paying $20, Titan was able to call fedex and have it corrected.”

“Truly a heavy duty grill. I followed the recommendation from other comments and put a 30” pipe with 1” inside diameter in the ground to receive the pole and facilitate easy removal. Woks great.”
