“Great park-style pedestal BBQ grill. Heavy duty construction and easy to assemble with ordinary tools. However, it is shipped (free) in a very flimsy lightweight cardboard box. The grill weighs approximately 136 pounds and there is no padding/cushioning material inside the most likely to be torn apart lightweight shipping cardboard box during shipping.”

“Great product and company. Purchased my blackstone cover at the "scratch and sent" price, but I cannot find a single flaw. It's perfect! Cover was quickly shipped by Titan. FedEx, on the other hand, caused problems as usual, but that's not the fault of the seller.”

“I ordered 2 outdoor grills for my property. One showed up with no issues and I was able to install same day. The second grill was delayed by fedex for one week, and when it did show up in its broken box( done by fedex) I realized I was missing all of the accessories that go with the grill( the side tray, mounting pole, etc.) I reached out to titan and they had my missing items ready for shipping the next day. so all and all I had a good experience .”
