Have nothing but positive things to say about my order. The quality for the price of what I got is phenomenal. Could not be more pleased. Fast shipping on top of everything else. Will be back to order more for sure and will recommend Titan Great Outdoors to everyone.

This grill is a must. Now I am ready to show off my grill. My neighbors will enjoy the odors from the first pork and the meats we will be cooking.

Hi Ryan, Thank you for your review and we do apologize about this. We do have a price adjustment policy however, it can be applied if an item placed on order went on sale within 24 hours. I have had a chance to check and your order went on sale 48 hours after it was placed.

got 4 indoor stools, one was slightly bent, but otherwise great product for the price!! I'm super pleased and would order from titan again.

The grill is well build, no real instructions on pull together, but no problem.My grill have several dents and scratches, credited $50.00 .

Firepit is gorgeous! Can’t wait to have our first fire in it this weekend. Box arrived in pristine condition and firepit was well packaged to ensure no damage arrived in transit. Will last a lifetime!

The table was shipped with FedEx ground and came damaged with scratches all over the surface. This was after the nightmare of dealing with FedEx who claimed it was delivered but nothing was left except for some paperwork from Titan that was found in the ditch at the end of our driveway. I submitted a claim and the table showed up 3 days later in a mangled box, like someone threw it off a moving truck! I understand that things happen but maybe pick a better courier, FedEx ground are independent drivers and clearly this one didn’t seem to care!
