“The table was shipped with FedEx ground and came damaged with scratches all over the surface. This was after the nightmare of dealing with FedEx who claimed it was delivered but nothing was left except for some paperwork from Titan that was found in the ditch at the end of our driveway. I submitted a claim and the table showed up 3 days later in a mangled box, like someone threw it off a moving truck! I understand that things happen but maybe pick a better courier, FedEx ground are independent drivers and clearly this one didn’t seem to care!”

“I am building a private campground in Foresthill California and found these fire rings on Titan's site. The price point was very good and they have a built-in grill for cooking. I received my order very quickly, shipping was early and all 10 of them showed up with minimal damage to the boxes. I've opened and inspected just one so far. Construction seems good, strong product that looks like it will stand the test of time. If these work as good as they look we will be purchasing another 90 units to complete our 100 site campgrounds. Can't wait to get them installed and tested.”

“This item is not pre assembled correctly! The side with the sprocket does not have a hole to fasten the hook to the frame? Looks like the other side has a pre drilled hole? Not sure how this happened. Please send the correct assembly. Order #13100158665”

“The table is great. Perfect weight. Nicely constructed. Delivery was on time. I had difficulty figuring out how to assemble the wood pieces. There was a diagram for bolts but not for the wood. You have to assemble 2 sets of 2 legs in order to slide them together.”
