“A part was missing and I called the guy said they don’t have any of those part available and I still haven’t heard from them.. so now I have a brand new wood holder I can’t use because of the missing leg !! Company’s should stop using fed ex !! There’s horrible shipping company the box was literally open and loosing parts while he carried it from his truck to my door.”

“Basically love the rack, but very disappointed when I went to mount it to my 2020 Ram 2500 long bef. I centered rack on my bed, which was to close to the stake pocket and the half inch hole, as per instructions, was up against the outside sidewall and blew out the stake pocket on my new truck, I will take the rack to a welder and pay $85.00 an hour to have “ALL” the tabs lengthened to place them in the center of the bed rails. Also the tabs that screw rack to back of bed will also need to be lengthened! On top of that, the bolt placements don’t come close to matching the assembly instructions!!! And what keeps the rear center bars, which are a lot smaller than the square tubing they slide into, from sliding and rattling? Great idea, very poor quality control!!! I now have to completely rebuild in order to use it, sorry, but not happy!”
