“I received a phone call from Jennifer to schedule shipping and did so for 06/15. The package was a no show. The manager decided to not load my package and not call. I then called to find out and was told that there were notes stating that it should have been delivered. I then rescheduled another delivery date for 06/17. I called on the morning of 06/17 and the girl who answered the phone had to tell them to put my package on the truck for shipping otherwise without my call, it again would not have been delivered. Poor communication or work between the call intake, to shipping labels w confirmation numbers to actually getting the products in a timely manner. I would not recommend this delivery service to anyone.”

“Shipping was a little frustrating but that seems par for the course these days. The product appears to be pretty solid, though I haven’t used it yet. I would have preferred the ring on the bottom be such that the drain hole was off the ground but that was easy enough to address using the pavers I sat it on. I’m happy with it.”

“I found the item online and looked at the pictures and took a chance and bought an outdoor fire pit grate. It qualified for free shipping and it arrived quicker than I ever expected. Once it arrived I opened the well-packaged box and was amazed by the quality of the item. It was heavy, thick and kept together with welds that should last a lifetime. The pictures do not do this item justice. The entire process was fantastic. From going to the website, ordering, paying, the quick (free) shipping, the excellent packaging and the outstanding item - everything was great. And I do mean great. I am hard to please and this entire experience completely exceeded my expectations. Do not hesitate to purchase this or other items from Titan Great Outdoors. They are a good company that operates under the age-old idea that you should give customers good quality items with good quality service. They care and it shows.”
