“The website says the six plate target weighs 65 lbs. It actually weighs over 200 lbs. Looks like good quality but too much to haul to the range on the weekend. Customer service was exceptional in helping return. I expect my refund will be taken care of just as well.”

“Ordering from Titan Great Outdoors was a superb experience. From the moment I placed my order until the time my product was delivered, TGO kept me informed and updated on my order status. And my order arrived very promptly and intact.”

“This is the second fire pit I've purchased. You won't find a better product for the money, very sturdy with its viking-like looks. We're on year 3 on the first one and got another for a second location.”

“Best price I've seen on a 12x20 silhouette profile target, plus free shipping. Communication with updates to my order status were frequent with solid tracking links and delivery notices, which I always appreciate. It's steel, it rings, and it's a lot of fun to shoot. No complaints!”

“The fire pit was delivered by FedEx in a box that was badly damaged and then retaped. Fortunately, there was no damage to the fire pit. Maybe consider a different delivery service? This occurred after I received two notifications from FedEx that there would be delivery delays.”
