“I am building a private campground in Foresthill California and found these fire rings on Titan's site. The price point was very good and they have a built-in grill for cooking. I received my order very quickly, shipping was early and all 10 of them showed up with minimal damage to the boxes. I've opened and inspected just one so far. Construction seems good, strong product that looks like it will stand the test of time. If these work as good as they look we will be purchasing another 90 units to complete our 100 site campgrounds. Can't wait to get them installed and tested.”

“This item is not pre assembled correctly! The side with the sprocket does not have a hole to fasten the hook to the frame? Looks like the other side has a pre drilled hole? Not sure how this happened. Please send the correct assembly. Order #13100158665”

“The table is great. Perfect weight. Nicely constructed. Delivery was on time. I had difficulty figuring out how to assemble the wood pieces. There was a diagram for bolts but not for the wood. You have to assemble 2 sets of 2 legs in order to slide them together.”

“We ordered a "scratch and dent" lounger and footstool. There was a small crack in one of tenons that extended inward for about three inches. It didn't affect the assembly. Other than that the exterior condition of the lounger was excellent. I appreciated the smooth sanding job, not always the case with teak furniture. The instructions were limited to simple drawings. There were no remarks regarding gluing of the tenons and dowels. I called customer service and was told it was optional. I noticed, however, that the dowel were of the spiral fluted type, which are made to be glued. So we glued the tenons and the doweled joints, making sure to remove any excess glue. On some of the dowel joints, the holes were not uniformly drilled so they required the dowels to be driven in with a mallet and scrap piece of wood. As it was, six of the dowels did not go in all the way and had to be carefully trimmed off with a flush-cutting saw. The others all drove flush easily using a small hammer.”

“There was a snafu on the initial order with FedEx. I contacted Titan (Maia?) and within 24 hours a new replacement was sent to me and 2 days later my order arrived. I am very pleased. I just wish FedEx would have let Titan know something was wrong.”

“The over all product is nice looking. The black finish peals off so easily showing the silver underneath which is extremely frustrating. Also it doesn’t come with any instructions. They said they have a “manual” online. When I found it on their website it is a picture of the table stating what each bolt is, not instructions. So we build it wrong the first time and had to rebuild it. What should’ve been and hour job max turned into a three hour job.”

“I am impressed with the products and service of Titan Great Outdoors. I purchased the Santa Maria grill. Modified it slightly with paint and chains and pimped my Weber pro. The cook was excellent kissed by flames and not overly smoked. This is my 5th piece in outdoor grilling, charbroiling, and smoking collection. I can deliver what is needed. This kettle Argentinian grill takes your Q to the next level, absolutely love it. Get one you will be impressed. QUE PADRE BBQ. I wanted to upload my cooker, but attachments non available.”
