“Firebreak exactly as described. Prompt shipping, looks to be of rugged construction but fireplace season is still months off. Past reviews of this product indicate the reflective nature of the heat back into the room works. Regardless, happy with my purchase and the price.”

“Website navigation, interactions with customer service and purchasing online were all excellent. While I have not installed the fire ring yet, the quality looks excellent. The packaging for shipping could use improvement: one of the metal tabs used to secure the fire ring to the ground punched through the cardboard shipping box and got scratched in shipping and handling (possibly damaging other products nearby).”

“The item was shipped very securely. Easy to assemble. Minus one star because the charcoal grate had a bent prong. Not by damage, but by the way, it was manufactured. So it is a little unstable when seated. All in all a very good product so far.”

“Over all great design. Needed some modifications for the grate and cable system. Grate is very thin and will not uphold to high heat... Modify it with a removable 21.5 inch Weber grate. Cables provided was to thin and crimp clamps were in the way....a to the local hardware store for 3/32 cable and crush crimps solved that problem.”

“Awful customer service...refused to help correct issue with defective 42" Hemisphere bowl that came with manufacturing defect. Refused to return or try to correct issue. Product looks nothing like in photos...came out of the box with huge goopy/crusty blobs of something (glue?) all over side and interior of it. Base was completely rusted and stained my patio within 1 day of setting it on it. I understand this is RAW metal but nothing in the description says it comes with giant crusty rust blotches all over it and that it will most surely stain our patio/concrete within a day of ownership. I have not even burned anything in this and the entire thing is already rusted bright orange! Heaven forbid if anyone accidentally leans against it or try to move...it will result in rust all over you and anyone around you! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Also NO instructions included on how to manage this orange rusty nightmare!”

“Lovely bench but terrible assembly instructions. Parts sheet in box does not match parts on line. YOU MUST ASSEMBLE THE BENCH ONLY ON ONE ONE SIDE SO YOU CAN PUT ON THE GLIDER MECHANISM THEN ATTACH THE OTHER SIDE. But the instructions do not tell you this. The bench is very solid and comfortable once assembled”

“Excellent wood. Excellent Hardware. Beautiful design. Assembly instructions....really bad. I would give it five stars if it weren/t for the poor assembly instruction; either the ones in the box or on the web. None of them reflect where the pivot rod hardware is placed on the lower section. There is no step by step instruction and this one is challenging because of those rods so you need to figure out a good order of assembly. In general, I found that you build one side on the top section or bottom section, then mate the sections together, then attach the components on the other side that things work out. Even so, I would still recommend this bench! It's a great value that is half the cost of other Grade A teak benches out there.”

“I’ve been shopping for a Santa Maria Grill for a year or so. I was actually Leary of this one because the price was so good. I thought to myself “ gotta be a lightweight “ grill. I like things overbuilt. But I took a chance and I was stunned at how heavy this grill is. I was also stymied by how fast it shipped. Better and faster than Amazon. I’ll be shopping her from now on. I like the products and service.”
