“Ordered the driftwood Adirondack rocking chairs with matching table for my son and his wife as a wedding gift and they love them. They were easy to assemble and the quality is excellent for their Florida weather. I would recommend these beautiful chairs to anyone. They shipped and arrived as scheduled.”

“The item was too big. I wanted to return it but was told I would have to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. It would have cost me about the same as I spent. I will never order again from your company.”

“This was my second time ordering from Ash & Ember. My order shipped quickly and Was delivered a few day afterwards by FedEx Freight with good communication. Only issue was driver had no way to move the heavy pallet from the bottom of our drive to the top, so I had to help him carry the individual boxes (some large and heavy) up the driveway. But it was free delivery. Still overall good experience and will buy from them again.”

“While the shipping was fast and I received good customer support, I am very unimpressed with the quality control of the item I purchased. The first order came with a substantial defect that while cosmetic should have never made it past quality control. Customer support was great in replacing the item without requiring me to return the original item. Unfortunately the replacement item also came with some minor cosmetic defects to the lid. I contacted customer service again and best they offered was to compensate $16.19. While customer service was helpful, i would have much preferred an item in brand new condition in the first place.”

“The teak table came fast. Unfortunately, the first table was cracked in two places. Ash & Ember immediately shipped another one. The second table was perfect. We had to use the box from the second table to return the damaged table at no charge. Customer service was amazing. If you are on the fence about the folding teak table don't hesitate. It's very pretty and very well made.”

“Half of the screws are missing, had to go to the hardware store, and it was damaged during shipping. Plastic was shredded to pieces. Their was no cushion, and the box was smashed and torn open half way”
