“I'm sorry but the item was damaged.. had to bend back the hood for it to close.. doesn't close well but it kinda works... the shipping was not good in handling the grill.. Regards Chris Mahannah”

“The teak patio table arrived quickly quickly and is heavy and beautiful....After unpackaging it,I found a 4 inch crack in the base of one of the legs....My neighbor, who a very experienced carpenter, wood glued the crack and clamped it...He put 3 dowels in to also secure it...It was sanded down to finish it off......I didn't want to deal with the repacking and restocking fee.....I'm not looking for compensation, just wish their quality control would have found the problem before shipping...”

“The product arrived in a broken box, wet, with one of the packets meant to wick moisture, exploded inside and with bits of the packet stuck to the interior of the fire bowl. It was a mess. The product had some significant rust on it. Regardless, it works nicely.”

“Great product, teak table, that unfortunately had a gouge on the tabletop. Titan requested a photo of the box, that was destroyed while opening the box and the tabletop. I cannot say with all honesty that it was a shipping vs. manufacture issue, We cannot emphasize that the product itself is great, but we feel regardless of the cause of the injury to the table top, we would believe it is reasonable not to have a damaged product. The only thing I can say for absolute certain, is w didn't damage it., and expect a product without flaws. Thank you”

“Was so excited when it arrived. It looks great! The quality is impressive, very heavy well made. I really wanted the wagon wheel style, but out of size I needed. So i went with the round, so glad I decided to take a chance. Im happy, Iits been hot! I havnt used it yet, but im ready for fall marshmallows.”
