Don't like that Titan refuses to compensate you for lost or damaged product unless you pay an additional amount for shipping protection. Box was broken in multiple places, but arrived quickly.

First item was never shipped. Company representative was quick to respond to inquiry, investigate and arrange shipment of replacement item. Item was quickly shipped and happily received. Thank you for your prompt resolution!

The table would not fully open. One aside opened completely without much effort but the other side came to a halt. After a long time of examining the table from all directions, we saw that a brass peg was partially blocking the channel. But after a bit more force, the table opened all the way.

I have to say I’m very pleased with the timely manner I received the 25w stainless steel charcoal, rotisserie. Was not dented or scratch, thank You. It’s well worth the price thus far.

Product is beautiful, heavy duty and comfortable. Shipping packaging needs to be improved. All boxes came with some damage. The product (chairs) had some cosmetic damage and 1 chair had a broken structural piece which made it unable to assemble.

Heat deflector finished came damaged no damage to the cardboard or the packaging. Titan was slow to respond and come to any satisfactory agreement regarding the heat deflector it's been a week or so.

They sent me an unusual product and they aren't willing to make it right. Route hasn't responded to me in a week as well. I will never order from Titan Great Outdoors ever again.
