“I think your product is pretty fabulous. I think your shipping method needs some work. FED EX delivery was not good. The fire pit was almost not even contained within the box because the box was so damaged. The fire pit had a few dings on it and some paint scrap but that was an FED EX issue, not an Ash & Ember issue. The damage was not enough to warrant me barking about it. Unfortunately, FED EX's shipping practices do reflect on your product..... Seriously consider using an alternate shipper.”
