“Very pleased with purchase and ordering experience. I comparatively shopped the fireplace grate and impressed with the competitive price. The description was on point and I had a very good idea of the product. Shipping was fast and the grate, though very heavy, arrived well packaged. Assembly was straight forward and easy. 100% satisfied.”

“Quick response”

“I am very satisfied with the quality of the product. I ordered the 28" firepit grate. It actually arrived 4 days earlier than the time stated for arrival. The quality of the grate is even beyond what I expected. It is very well made. I wasn't expecting it to be so heavy-duty and made with such thick steel. I haven't had the chance to actually use it yet, but I anticipate it lasting for a long time. It is very nice to purchase something that is even better than you expected it to be. That is a rarity in this day and age where products are never as good as they seem once you actually get them in hand. Thank you for selling such high quality products. Thank you, Dan Henson”
