“ worst online shopping experience from a big provider EVER - Delivery in their system had been confirmed - but at a location about an hour away from my house - chat online - when you get a human - have no authority to do anything - then - just went on and on - wasted hours on contacting them to get this - Once there's a visible scan saying that your order's returning back to us, it may take additional 15 days for us to receive and process your order for a refund. ”
