“Just a great company to deal with. Quality products and backed up by a company who cares about you & their products. I have bought a few of Kick Ass products--mainly from caravan shows, but also on-line. Only a few days ago, I ordered one of their battery chargers. The product arrived within a few days (of ordering). However upon opening the package, I discovered the alligator clips were missing (no, I don't know either?). Anyway a quick call to the company was answered by Antonio. His only request was to ask that I send a photo of the package as received. Within a day, he was back to me, confirming that a set of alligator clips was on its way to me. How good is that! No quibbling, no arguing, just make sure the customer is looked after. Great products, wonderful customer service. Alan.”

“Just great products and a terrific company to deal with. Having bought a few of their Kick Ass products--namely at caravan shows but also on-line, I've always found thei products to be of very high quality. Only a few days ago, I ordered (on-line) a battery charger. The charger arrived within a few days (of ordering), however on opening the package, I discovered the alligator clips were missing (no, I don't know how either?). I called the company, and Antonio answered my call. He was very apologetic and asked if I could email him a photo of the contents I had received. I did, and within a day, he had confirmed that a set of alligator clips was on their way to me. No hassle, no disclaimers, just plain good old fashioned service. Lovely to see a company who supplies quality products and backs up what they sell. I'll be back for more. Alan.”

“On the 19th of November 2020 I purchased a DZ75 Fridge. We have used it only 5 or 6 times. The last 4 months it has not been used as we have been away in our van. Went to use it last Saturday and it will not get cold. I have tried to submit fault claims on the form on your site and it comes back too much info. I only supplied the info you asked for. I did all the tests that are on your video. After sales service it shocking It seems that you have my money I do not matter”

“Item (VSR) finally received. Shipped on 27th August but not received until 8th September. AusPost is very slow at the moment. VSR is easy to fit although self-tapping screws seem a bit long to me. Still to try it on caravan battery system”

“Have just purchased th 75 litre duel zone and couldn’t be happier tried it out this weekend in the back of the Troopey and it’s awesome also delivered very quickly just a couple of days after ordering als have bought camp lights duel batteries setup and all the kit is living up to its reputation thanks heaps kickass I still need a few more bits & pieces but will do as I can afford”

“75litre dual zone fridge. Finally got to use it after about 2 months. Great fridge freezer, cooled down to minus 10 in less than an hour, very quiet running. Built to last which is more than you can say about some of the other brands we looked at. Using it as a second freezer at the moment until the covid lock down let's us travel.”

“Place an order receive confirmation order had bee place cool. Then didn't receive any shipment movent updates in 6 days. Called customer service answered straight away I explained my concerns old mate was onto called me back within 3-hour update shipping all sorted item arrived next day happy days. Thanks for the great service and recovery sometimes we all have hiccups. Will be getting some more gear soon Cheeeers.”

“Hi to all just got back from broom with our 75 litter kickass fridge freezer dual zone had in the back off my 4x4 has been running for 5 weeks on battery both sides running-18 i am so happy it never missed a beat it kept the temp all the time such a good fridge thanks kickass for such a good product after having a weaco 95litre that was rubbish it struggled to keep temperature and so heavy on battery power i will never by a weaco again”

“Bought a set of 200W lightweight solar panels very impressed, work great getting 150w and 10A mid afternoon in august.The panels come with heavy duty cables and excellent cary bag with zips going right down to the bottom making it easy to put away,I have been buying items from these guys for 6 years now good service every time.”
