“Great product, allows that bit of comfort and best of all that camp privacy now the girls arnt shy to show up to camp too I will be purchasing more of kickass gear in future”

“I have ordered several products from these guys including instant gas hot water system and 12V water pumps. I have now ordered 3 pumps. I did have one pump fail (after around 5 shower uses and was not happy). I spoke a tech at the company who emailed me a test to see if pressure switch failed which it had. I am disappointed that these great pumps have faulty pressure switches. I am hoping that these guys will help me out and not just send me one but maybe a couple of these pressure switches as when one fails and you are out in the bush you can't get another :(”

Hey Troy, thanks for the feedback mate! Unfortunately, the pressure switches are a very delicate and complex device, and such failures occasionally do happen. You're more than welcome to grab a few extra spare switches for peace of mind if you need! Thanks again, take care.

“I have purchased a lot of stuff through you and been very impressed but 12 months ago I purchased a dcdc charger and the last month it has stopped working we are still in the process of working out what is wrong with it and up until this moment every 1 in Technical Support has been great but unfortunately this is out of warranty buy a couple of months I am waiting to see which way you go on this if you Grant the war t i will be very impressed in the whole show but in the end of the day to have one of these DC DC chargers I would expect to get longer than 14 months use out of it still early days”
