“Amazing service and quick turn around. The communication is second to none and always looks out for the customer first. When an item is not in stock or there is a possible delay, they email you as soon as possible with options. Great stuff and will be back for more goodies.”

“I ordered a DC DC with anderson plugs attached charger but didn't notice it was unavailable till 1 April, 2020. Australia Direct sent the wrong DC DC charger without anderson plugs. I'm not competent to wire it up myself so they sent me an Aust Post voucher to return it to them. I have just been notified the charger I ordered is on its way much earlier than expected. It was a bit of a stuff up but they handled it well.”
