Disgusted with their customer service. So far My appointment has been cancelled 5 time without them contacting me, They also bought the wrong glass

after phoning our insurance to tell them one of our volvo tractor units had a windsreen broke at 9am on the 28/10/19 got a phone call from auto windscreens on the 29/10/19 at 10.15 am to be told the fitting date would be on the 5/11/19 no company can wait this long to have the repair would advise not to use them if you are in need of your vehicle

Had a replacement windscreen fitted by this company over 2 years ago. First had day off work and they never showed. When I called their excuse was the new windscreen arrived damaged. I lost a days pay!! when actually fitted (another days holiday) I asked their engineer how much it cost and he even call head office to query cost which they confirmed and I paid in full. Now I am being chased by a debt collection agency ICB who say they have written and called (no letters of calls) saying I owe £100 to Auto Windscreen (Trifirds Ltd). How can I owe anything when everything was paid in full when the screen was fitted the second time? and I received no compensation from the company for my wasted time? I would personally avoid using them at all cost

Avoid at all costs In short auto windscreens fixed my windscreen, it leaked badly during heavy rain in May. I spent weeks drying it out getting rid of damp smell. they replaced windscreen and 3 weeks later my camera comes up with an errror. coinsidence??? i dont thinkso! im left to cover £899 to replace. I have phoned emailed and used live chat and no response. Shocking and even more shocking insurance company still using them. dont get me started on the blob of glue on my bonnet which no doubt i'd be told a bird dropped it, certainly not Auto Windscreens fault.

The worst company ever! Had my car broken into auto glass came out to replace my window the man broke my regulator and tried to blame the person who broke into my car then said I need to get the mechanism fixed which is not the case I've gone to 3 mechanics and they all told me the guy broke my regulator I have now to pay over £150 to get someone to fix it when i put in a complaint for a manager at auto glass to call me back they told me someone would call me back and a week later refunded me 60£ and left me with the glass because they know they done wrong! Worst company ever!! I'm so annoyed dont use them @autoglass 😠😠😠😠

Called Romford branch on 2nd sept. and arrived on. 3rd and placed plastic cover in rear windscreen. Arrived on 11th and fitted windscreen and windscreen washer did not work. He fitted in correctly the cover on the rear boot and opened the boot and it got jammed and and absorber got jammed and he pushed the boot with force and boot started making cracking noises. He Aggressively, huffed and puffed, pulled plastic bits and could not fix it and said it was broken by previous technician . He then swearingily phoned and spoke to supervisor and left that they will be ordered tomorrow and somebody will be in touch. Nobody phoned and i phoned and to my image denied the claim of damaging shockabsorber. Made numerous phone calls and to date not heard and today I made an official complain to saga insurance.Cannot drive car , now nearly4 weeks. Cowboy job. No professionalism!!!

Windscreen fitted, but left with windscreen not working and damaged rear boot shock absorber, both damaged by technicians. Not taking liabilities for shock absorber. Only water spray kit ordered nearly 3 weeks. Cannot drive car. Not easy to contact company on phone. Very poor service. Do not take liability even they are in the wrong. This is a second experience with the same vehicle. Insurance companies should use different glass companies. Very dissatisfied customer.

Do you think that 2 weeks wait is acceptable to have a windscreen replaced. Firstly I tried to have it replaced at home but told I would have to wait a week. I agreed to this and made an appointment for the Monday. Then on the Monday morning I got a call saying the fitter had called in sick, The nearest appointment was Wednesday that did not suit me, so I gave in and took it to their hub on Friday.Then when it was replaced the rubber was not changed because "they did not send one. This company is hopeless and I have contacted my insurance company to inform them of the appalling service I received.

Ridiculous company with the worst customer service , replaced my windscreen and glued in all the trims as they didn't bring the plastic clips which was OK until it needed replacing again, they had to snap out and break all the trims and didn't bring replacements. I drove around without for 2 weeks until they came back to fit them. They then sent me a bill for 25 pounds for the trims which they snapped! I ignored it and they sent it to a debt collection agency! Worst company I've had to deal with, think they are gangsters.

Excellent service it was easy process from beginning to end. They gave me a 2 hour time slot and sent a lovely polite young man to my place of work to fit it. Perfect job and excellent customer service. Thank you 😊

The worst company you can find to use not only do you have to wait more than 7 days for a windscreen replacement but couple of days before appointment they lie and say that I changed the repair date when clearly I havent. I would advice no one to use them. Dont understand why Accorn insurance company use them.

Had my rear windscreen replaced, left the car 24hrs, washed it and noticed that there was chips on the bumper, scratches, chips on the roof, and scratches on the spoiler, had someone come out and was told that glass can damage the car when taking the glass out, What a load of rubbish

Had my windscreen replaced here after it was vandalised. It was done and ready to drive away in an hour. And the very nice man also fixed my passenger window, which had come off its runner and kept falling down. Great service and staff. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing. In the space of 2 weeks all I have had done is a temporary fitting put on the side window. This is going against what I was told would happen when I payed £250 over the phone (that the windscreen would also be done). The icing on the cake was when they cancelled the day before coming to do the windscreen + glass put in on side window. I live in hope I will be able to drive my car again after waiting so long, I am also pregnant.

Really bad experience Delayed my appointment by three hours lost a days work and they damaged my car They would not accept independent report of damage and would not compensate for either fault

Shambles! Windscreen fitted after 2 week wait, but unfortunately fitted incorrectly. Left rubbish on the floor outside, and on the dashboard. The casing to interior mirror fell off, and rubber on the roof outside gouged. A very nice fitter came out the next day to look at the damage, he apologised, took videos and agreed how it had been damaged. When his boss rang back, he agreed I needed a new windscreen but denied their fitted had done it. We now have to go through a complaint with our insurance company. Seriously appalling, dreadful customer service and what should have been a simple replacement. AVOID.
