“Very quick processing and delivery of my initial order. When I realized I had inadvertently ordered some wrong types of bulb, I had very friendly and efficient assistance and replacement dispatched same day!!”

“First wiper blade arrived quickly but didn't fit despite providing all the car's details. However it was easy to get a replacement which also arrived quickly and did fit. I'm left wondering though whether it might have been easier and ultimately cheaper simply to go to somewhere that fits blades and have it sorted out in one go.”

“LED brake lights do not work with the in car light failure detection system such that it senses they need replacing. This is clearly due to the small amount of current that the LED lamps draw, so development of built in resistors to each lamp unit to overcome this problem would be useful.”

“1 wrong bulb sent but a phone call and their apologies and the error was quickly sorted. The bulbs ordered were spares for my trip to France and have not been used yet. The web page was excellent, especially for an older car, and the service was friendly and efficient.”

“Helpful Website in selecting replacement bulbs - I was looking for LED H7 replacements for my fog lights and they duly arrived - however I suspect they were generic as the tabs on the bayonet did need some filing to go into the light fitting .”

“Excellent service. Using your registration to find the correct bulbs etc is excellent, although it did contain some errors. There has been a problem of lack of stock - waiting for a pair of 580 led bulbs for a month, which seems like a very long time nowadays. Perhaps there is a stock re-order problem?”

“Easy to order, but would have appreciated being able to amend the order just after I confirmed it. I'd forgotten to purchase some fuses, so rather than place a separate order which would have incurred another P&P charge, I took my custom elsewhere. Bulbs were recieved quickly, and were adequately packaged. I would consider using your company in the future.”

“My car is a 2.8 Ford Capri MK3 Please can you give me any info on the indicator bulbs, when all 4off new bulbs are fitted the indicators do not work, when only 1off bulb is fitted to the L/H & R/H positions the flashers are very fast, putting the old bulbs back in the flashers function correctly.”
