“Generally a very good web site to use, finds the car reg details ok but it struggles to find the bike reg. However overall Excellent products, good prices, good customer services and excellent delivery. Thank you”

“I put my number plate into the program and ordered the bulbs as specified. When I tried to put them in the car one did not fit. I contacted the company , said they will amend their database and exchange the bulbs. This they did. All OK apart from that. In future it would be best if I first find which bulbs I require.”

“Good product range and pricing. Order shipped by international courier service arrived in 7 days but took 6 days from when I placed order until it shipped so 13 days from placing order until it arrived. No update provided after placing order, I think Auto bulbs should have emailed when order shipped. Overall I am happy with this transaction but could be improved with better communication”

“The H7 bulbs in my order had become detached in their plastic box and were rattling around loose. Fortunately they still worked. Also the packaging could of been better. They had a bit if bubble wrap round them, then placed in a Jiffy bag. When I have ordered bulbs in the past from a different company they came in a cardboard box with lots of bubble wrap. However I would still recommend Autobulbs Direct.”

“Been using this service for a few years now and never once been disappointed. Always come in perfect condition and with great speed. Way cheaper than the large company with many outlets and orange uniforms. Customer reviews on the bulbs is also very accurate and can help you a lot in choosing the right bulb for the purpose you want.”

“I ordered some stop lamp bulbs, which hadn't arrived 2 weeks later (I was on holiday for one of the weeks), so I contacted Autobulbs who sent me out a replacement no questions asked, included in the parcel was a small packet of sweets, which I hid form the kids and ate. One week later I got the original package, which was opened and contained no bulbs, completely the carriers fault. Great service thank you.”

“Purchased windscreen wipers using registration details :- unfortunately it did not prescribe the correct length of one of wipers...... Suggest measure blades manually & order appropriate size”

“There was a slight glitch on the ordering system, in that only 1 "pair" discount was applied to 2 pairs of wipers. Considering the good value on offer, and the good service, I cannot grumble. Overall 4.5 out of 5”
