“Lamps arrived in reasonable time but when I opened the packaging I found one of the lamps was damaged (paint around tip of bulb was badly scratched away) and did not work. However after I contacted you it was replaced promptly. My only complaint would be that such an obviously damaged bulb should not have been sent out. This apart, very good, quick, no nonsense service. Keep doing what your doing.”

“Supply of the order was delayed by problems with a courier but these were identified and overcome. I was kept informed of all the progress that was being made with a new courier. I am very pleased with that part of the service.”

“Original courier did not deliver product. Rebecca at Autobulbs spent a lot of time trying to sort this out, arranged for bulbs to be sent - again - using another delivery method and kept in telephone contact to keep me informed at all times.”

“Was very happy with ease of use on website was easy to locate the correct products, I had to contact the company as the items hadn't arrived and they were very helpful, late delivery was due to the courier (he arrived with order on Sunday) and said he was running behind! Overall I would use company again”

“I used the website to find the appropriate bulbs for my car, however I was given the wrong information. As advised I ordered H3 bulbs,however when they arrived and I went to fit them, I found that my car required H7s. After getting in touch with customer services, an exchange was organised hassle free. Had the website provided the correct information, this review would have been for "very good". The quality of customer evicted provided is what keeps this review above "normal".”

“Your customer service, help line, and speed of delivering goods is excellent, however I have an order for some led side lights and these have been out of stock since 15th December and are still out of stock today the 12th January. There is nothing on your website to indicate they are out of stock. I am surprised you can be out of stock for such a long period.”
