“The service, quality of the product and speed of delivery was superb. However, I used the 'enter registration number' facility to find the correct wipers for my vehicle and ordered them accordingly. The information given is in fact incorrect. It showed a 20" blade for the passenger side when it should have been a 19". Otherwise I would have awarded 5 stars.”

“The transaction was marred by appalling delivery performance 2-5 days turned into >10, the tracking information didnt work and the position had to be remedied by customer services sending a replacement pair of bulbs by royal mail - which was a good decision - but late and doesnt really eliminate the inconveience caused by using a duff carrier. previous experience of the company has been good though in fairness.”

“I haven't fitted the bulbs yet as there are quite a few things that need to removed for fitting, will try to fit when I get time or will get them fitted on the cars next service”

“Very good and informative website, product supplied was excellent and their customer service lady was excellent. Delivery time could have been better as my package was two days later than expected but it was Christmas and I will be placing another order.”

“I was impressed by the technical knowledge of the telephone receptionist, who gave me good advice about LED bulbs (for the reversing light on my 1996 Saab 9000) and advised me to buy a conventional bulb. She may not have sold a more expensive product, but you have gained another customer for future purchases. Rapid delivery.”

“Unable to review product as they had to be returned due to the website advising wrong variant for my car.This was also repeated by my local Halfords.I have returned the bulbs and presently await the correct ones .I will then be happy to write a review”

“I was pleased with the service I got from your company, and the speed with which the goods were delivered, which was excellent. The product appears to be as you describe it, and I'm so far very pleased. My main criticism of your company would be your use of a premium rate 0844, number (I don't usually deal with companies who use premium rate numbers for their customer services. Apart from that my overall experience was very good.”

“Apparently easy website order, enter your reg, parts listed then order. Delivered quickly but bulb was wrong size, so had to buy from an outlet. Not entirely sure if it was my fault or the website but for the costs of a bulb and upcoming mot couldn't be bothered to check.”
