“The order was sent really fast and as expected. Just one point: the postman is not really gentle with the packages and it was in really bad condition when I found it in my mailbox. The cardboard box in which the light bulb was contained was completely destroyed but the bulb was miraculously intact. I guess a plastic blister could be more protective (though more expensive). Regards,”

“Having received smashed bulbs , swift replacements was organised by James. However the consignment was packed in the same manner as previous ,maybe either the packing or the delivery service could be reviewed the ensure a 5 star service. I would not hesitate to make further purchases from your site .”

“Had the wrong bulbs delivered but good customer service to rectify this, although I didn't get my extra bulb when the correct bulbs were posted and this was a factor for me ordering with autobulbs in the first place. Overall, happy in the end.”

“Generally good but packaging was poor to the extent that the cover of the bulb container arrived broken although bulbs were OK.”

“The packaging was a soft large envelope and the stop & tail bulb box was crushed, the bulb was ok as was all the other bulbs, but it I think it was luck rather than just adequate. I would think that it would have been better in a box.”
