“Great cost, parts and delivery time. Only problem being there is a language barrier with the customer services and makes it a bit difficult if you have any problems, other than that a great company.”

“I bought a battery 2020-10-06 shipment came only 2020-10-21 autodoc Germany - Netherlands 2 weeks, a day I can go from the Netherlands to Germany and return back ..... during that time I left the Netherlands and did not pick up the shipment, shipment 2020 -10-26 go back to autodoc, then I wrote when I will be refunded I got the answer 3-5 working days, well today 2020-10-30 again I find when I will be refunded money wrote that the money was transferred to the bank account yesterday and will i get them in 2-5 days seriously? all banks in Europe execute sepa orders several times a day. liars! everything takes a very long time and a lot of lies”

“I have regularly ordered from Autodoc over the last few years. Compatibility check is always a must to ensure the parts will fit my car. The parts are great, high quality and reliable. Considered knocking one star off because the delivery can be painfully slow up to 2 weeks at times (maybe it is just because I am used to next day delivery). However, I tend to order in plenty of time and now I expect the slow delivery it is (slightly) less painful.”

“Why do they use the web address autodoc.co.uk they are NOT in the UK but give the impression they are. They even state Customer Services business hours for the UK at the bottom of the page, no mention of Germany. Is this just to trick people so they think they will receive the parts in a reasnable time and not have to wait over a week?”

“Seeing all the negative comments about this company I was understandable nervous about using them. I needed a part for a Japanese car built in a factory in India and couldn't find one anywhere in the UK so I had to take a chance. I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised, delivery took about 5 days (which I thought was acceptable from Germany to the UK), the part was from an EU manufacturer (Holland) not some cheap copy part. It fitted, it worked, what more could anyone ask. Thanks Autodoc”

“Very pleased that items are supplied as ordered and at a good price. Items aren't quick to arrive - normally about a week for me - but it isn't a problem for me as I haven't been in urgent need for the components.”

“Worst company ever waiting for me parcel 14 days and finally today i will cancel my order and refuse received the parcel. Order number 37603400 . Better pay little more for your parts but and you received on time. Not recommend”
