“I purchased the Koyo Radiator from this company in mid 2023 for $500. I had it fitted by a mechanic and my Landcruiser is only used to tow our van on holiday maybe 2-3 times a year and never any further than 3-4 hours from our home in Qld. It has started leaking from the bottom tank of the radiator and when I reached out to these guys I was told I needed to package up and post the radiator to be looked at ( no guarantee of replacement ). I think for the amount of klms the radiator has done and the price of it for little use is absolutely ridiculous. I won’t recommend these radiators to anyone and to anyone contemplating on purchasing one, please steer clear. I also won’t recommend this company either because the after sale service stinks.”

“Shipping time was really quick, however, the packaging was really poor. The products were not packed in another box for safety. They where shipped by taping the process boxes together, no packaging or anything and these were large Brembo brake rotors. When I recieved them the boxes were squashed and ripped. Luckily the rotors weren't damaged, but that doesn't change the fact. Please see photos of the boxes. Ill keep buying from you, but please spend the extra money and pack our products properly.”

“Odered three products cross checked the dimensions once twice on the internet and all three matched my vehicle, one item din't match my vehicle, the other two did. I have since checked the misaligned item on SuperStores analysis and the dimensions actually differ from the one's I trusted. Now I have one useless air filter and the correct one is probably waiting to be ordered. I opened the box and the filter has a few fingerprints on it(??”

“I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a brand-new radiator, but what I received was clearly not new — it had broken and scratched parts right out of the box. When I raised the issue and sent clear photos, the response I got was that this was “normal” and still considered new, which is unbelievable. I’ve wasted my time and energy dealing with this, and the customer service was dismissive instead of helpful. I no longer trust getting a replacement from them because I’m worried it will arrive in the same poor condition. All I wanted was a fair resolution and a proper brand-new item, but instead, I’m left with frustration and disappointment. Definitely would not recommend based on my experience.”

“At AS you really get the best of all worlds. They have such a wide range, whatever I find on a competitor site I can always find on AS as well! Pricing is always great and about 9/10 times cheaper than competitors and on the items not cheaper. There’s always a discount code sitting in my inbox ready to use. I’ve just done my 5th order from AS now and like the other 4 orders. I’ll be back for more.”

“Good to purchase online but receiving the items is another thing, still waiting! Might have taken too long to dispatch if delivery is an issue. Please look into this one as it may disrupt your online sales. Vehicle was expected to be running by now with specific delivery dates provided. Even though this might be beyond your control, Hobart is south of NSW or VIC, delivery seems to have travelled to Perth.”
