“I ordered a hose that was urgent and without any notification till after they took my money, I find they ordered it from overseas and it was 3 weeks away. They did not respond to any messages and they won’t answer their phone, just a message to tell you to go online instead . I want to cancel my order for a refund so I can buy one locally. They are ignoring my request.”

“The Castle Hill store was a little difficult to locate even though using my GPS. However, once located I simply had to show my order number and the product was recalled from the warehouse for me. Very efficient thank you.”

“You need to add whether item are in stock or not and when they will be particularly on big dollar purchases. I purchased a winch which you are not even dispatching for 11 days. I should have purchased direct from Bushranger.”
