“Had the product I wanted in stock and it even ( unlike some) included the gasket. Nice it came.by Australia Post and not "uber" or "other,," who are inclined to leave it in plain view by the front gate and or out in the rain. Was delivered ok. Always include required gaskets and or O rings if needed for correct installation, others don't as I found doing the search before purchasing”

“MI am writing to express my frustration with a recent purchase and your lack of response to my inquiry. I bought a Pioneer head unit from your website, which was advertised as being compatible with my vehicle. However, when I attempted to install it, I discovered that it was not compatible at all. I immediately sent an email requesting instructions on how to process a return, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and the misleading product information on your website is highly disappointing.”
