“I orderd a car part as click and collect... I was thinking that means same day pick up, like every other store , So I was dissapointed when I drove out to pick up my part that I ordered the afternoon before that it could take 3 days just to get picked.... If I had of known that I would have gone somewhere else”

“Bro theres a reason why their initials is A.S.S, cause they ass. Using couriers please who are literally the worst couriers in australia is mind blowing. Ive shopped at ASS before and they were just terrible telling me that the supplier dont ship till a week after i ordered, like bro, dont put on ur site dispatches 1-3 days if u dont have it in stock. Dumbest thing ive ever seen. Anyway, gave them another chance and honestly still bad. I think the workers there are genuinely autistic. Dont shop here, such a big mistake”
