“There is one thing that I hate buying online. That is being bombarded with emails and texts, For a very small purchase from yourselves I have had 4 emails and a text. Too much!”

“First time buyer. Quickly found what i required and completing order was easy. The proof is now in the pudding to see if product is what was oredered and needed. This survey is a bit ptrmature as only ordered today. So will have o see if received on time from courier”

“One of the worst customer service experience from a local company I can remember. Makes you wonder why you'd bother buying locally when you get far better piece of mind from Amazon, etc. Was sent incorrect parts over a month ago and still no sign of the exchanged goods. No replies to multiple emails, no other contact details offered. CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!”

“All good here. I did a click and collect with two orders with one being available for pickup within hours and the other three days for some heavier parts. Prices were the best I could find and service was good especially from a Sam who helped in trying to source another part. It is certainly a busy place with trucks arriving and leaving all the time.”

“Waited 5days for a cheap Engine mount.i do not believe this was a Mackay product as advertised. Was not hydraulic, just had a rubber bush type mount.i have just replaced the exact same mount i replaced 6 months ago.with the same cheap garbage.”

“There were two options for shipping and I chose the most expensive option, thinking it must be Express Post. But I have, since, been informed that I selected regular Parcel Post. I'm extremely disappointed that Express Post was not an option! Moreover, it took 30 hours for someone to respond to my enquiry!”

“These guys are crooks. I buy a fuse box online. After the purchase and payment, I get a message to say they can't supply the item, but I can have store credit for the money I paid. These guys advertised and sold something they don't have. That is false advertising and is fraud. I want a refund. Not store credit. Fair trading are the next people I write too.”
