“Order No 100693818, placed 3 Nov 2024. When the order was placed, no indication was given that the filters were to be sourced from America. It was only when I attended your store on 7 Nov 2024 that a representative informed me of this. My project was scheduled to start on 11 Nov 24 but that was shelved because I'm still waiting. You need to inform your customers that a product is unavailable when they are about to place a order.”

“Automotive Superstore answered my call for help with expediency that non plussed me, one minute i'm desperate for a starter motor for my 35 year old car, thinking this will take some time sourcing one of these, then as I've done business with you before, I sent out an email for help and bugger me, within a day your fabulous compnay answered my prayers. Now that's what I call service.”

“I purchase a lot of service parts online for my Ford Territory. Always find the prices to be the cheapest for a quality product. Delivery is always quick and trouble free. I recently had reason to call the store regarding the purchase of some front struts. Can’t remember the guys name unfortunately however he was nothing but helpful in suggesting a qaulity product that was on sale at the time. I made the purchase on the phone while driving home. It couldn’t have been any simpler. You will have my ongoing support Thanks”

“What a great team you have My 79 Landcruiser Head unit was playing up and me living 2 hours from Sydney was able to have the unit removed and repaired very quickly and the team fitted me in on the occasions when I came to Sydney to remove and then reinstall Thankyou old fashioned service at its best. “All the parts I wanted were available and a good price which I was happy with. Unfortunately I had an issue with the website not able to proceed through checkout but the staff called me to help me with the order. There could be an improvement in freight durations/delivery times displayed at checkout. The 1-3 days delivery note should be updated to communicate that it’s the amount of days to prepare the order. I think this format was setup to bring in more orders but it has a negative effect on customer side. Could also include free shipping on orders above eg $100 not $500, most retailers these days have a lower threshold to qualify for free shipping.”
