“Ive purchased a few items from Automotive Superstore now and the pick up option seems to be super slow. Other retailers do a 4 hour click and collect option but ive waited several days/over a week in in the past.”

“The search function was frustrating because I put in “electrical in line switch” and got everything electrical or not that is in-line such as water filters. I liked that the product I ordered is available as a two piece pack or each single piece which would allow for options in use such as one power outlet and a choice of what one wanted to give power to or several power outlets and only one power receiver to allow for multiple outlets water the appliance can be used. It has not yet arrived so I can’t answer further questions.”

“Service was good and order was delivered fairly slowly but what i was disappointed with was that i had a 10 % off card for my next order and when i entered the code during checkout it would not accept it. Coupon code was to expire on the 30th April 2024 so it was a valid code. I entered the code on a few occasions to make sure that i had entered the correct code and would like to know why your company failed to accept the code and honour your 10% off offer and why you offer the discount if you fail to honour such discounts. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with your company.”

“Just purchased a pair of front shock absorbers. It was very easy to select the items for a direct OEM replacement, but the description would have been much better if the compressed and extended lengths had been included in case the vehicle had been modified.”

“I can buy Optima batteries with 800 CCA rather than wimpy 520 CCA available elsewhere. They are delivered to my door which is convenient. I just ordered some Penrite products on sale these will be used on my 1969 Newport, I have already bought additives for my 1972 Challenger. Good to be able to get lead replacement additive.”
