“Today marks 1 week since I placed my order. It is advertised on the website that orders take 1 to 3 working days but 5 working days later, I'm still waiting. The most annoying thing is I'm receiving no feed back. I personally called into the store and was told that I just have wait - in that case, don't tell me 1 to 3 days. My customer is still waiting for his car and questioning me as I had stated, as advised, the parts would be here in 1 to 3 days. If this is the sort of service they offer, would not recommend using at all.”

“I was lead to believe I was purchaseing a kit specific to my 2008 Hyundai Tuscon.What was supplied lacked the necessary connectors & step 1 , step2 instructions did not apply to this vehicle..Help staff wete not familiar with the issues.Waste of time & money ended up installing genuine Hyundai head unit plugged in & installed 30 seconds all up.”
