“Website is a bit clunky. I press PayPal, A box tells me I will be connected to the PayPal site. Nothing happens. The site doesn't say I need to click through to the next page before the PayPal connection is made. It would be better if you did not insert the text box”

“Ordered an air filter 2-10 days delivery! Day 10 and still no delivery so I called and asked for a refund! An email came through about my refund and it says minus 5% because I changed my mind. Really! They couldn’t deliver as per their terms and I get a finical penalty!”
