“Extremely annoying that you don't have product in stock and your website doesn't say this. I've booked my car in for transmission service and now need to cancel because I find out you can't supply oil in the advertised time. Not impressed. Perhaps you could think about refunding my money as you've cause me issues.”

“I had a problem finding exactly what I wanted - even on my trusted Ebay. "AS" had exactly what I was looking for, most importantly; the quantity and the choice of Courier delivery or Austrlia Post. Still waitng for my delivery to a regional AU Post facility but the communication is seamles.”
