“Order process was standard but delivery and communication very poor. The only communication is outward via text to the customer. This would be ok if the information was accurate. I had shock absorbers but the bushes needed were in a lost separate order. Hopeless. If you want to be a reliable retail player you must be interested in changing your really poor customer service. 1 out of 10.”

“This is where I get car parts that I can't find anywhere, they seem to have it all and with the best deals. Specifically, I source all my Mackay parts from AS. I would like order more if not for my location (Adelaide SA) which involves delivery fee - i'd prefer click and collect purchases. They do have free delivery based on total amount but my purchases are always below minimum.”

“I tried to find out if my click and collect order was available from your dingley property, but your 1300 number says you don't respond to already ordered enquirys.so I sent an email,don't know how long I have to wait?”

“As this is my first purchase from ASS I can only comment on the purchasing process. I has been one of the easiest ordering processes I have done to date. What happens from here we will see? Many other sellers falsely show wrong pictures or amounts and a lot of time is wasted checking & double checking to see if what I ordered is correct.”

“Hi. On the 20/5/2025 I ordered a Apple car play android auto head unit for a 2019 Subaru Liberty. Order Number 100795448 Invoice 458946.When it was installed it was found, not to be fit for purpose. We contacted your Office and tried to explain that when I purchased the unit i was for the 2019 model Subaru with reversing and forward cameras. Half the steering wheel controls would not work. Your Rep said to contact IDATA for suitable wiring looms, but this would not work properly either, plus incase of an accident the insurance would be void. I am returning the complete unit for a full refund. The original removal -installation of new then removal again and reinstallation cost was $200 which I have lost, Please contact me regarding this matter. Yours Michael Stapleton”
