“The website delivery and process is great but the exhaust parts I bought are absolute terrible Comes with no gaskets or hardware The pipe is way too short and wont seal on the front flange where the mid muffler meets the cat pipe (LFX) motor”

“I have used auto superstore for many orders over a few years and have been very happy with the service and access to a wide range of products, the only reservation I have is if a part is incorrectly supplied, on the two occasions (of many good experiences) I found the wait for return authority, then for correct supply to be unreasonable, especially in the country situation. When you take a part out only to find the supplied unit is incorrect or faulty, a little trust needs to be applied in terms of rapid rectification. Unfortunately this has made me very cautious about purchase of units that will lead to time down waiting for rectification. The majority of transactions have been positive but be prepared for a wait if things are not so streamlined.”

“I bought two tins of tyre black paint. I’ve just returned from the post office and I have two tins of tyre black, unfortunately, they were so poorly packed, that the contents of one tin, was “out of the tin” and the other tin was swimming. They were only in a post pack plastic bag. I don’t think I will be a returning customer!!!!”

“As part of my property maintenance business I use chainsaws a lot, I also service chainsaws for friends and consequently use quite a lot of carburettor cleaner. Automotive Superstore offered the best deal on a bulk buy, the website was easy to use and delivery is super quick. I’m sure I’ll be using them again soon.”
