“Waited 5days for a cheap Engine mount.i do not believe this was a Mackay product as advertised. Was not hydraulic, just had a rubber bush type mount.i have just replaced the exact same mount i replaced 6 months ago.with the same cheap garbage.”

“There were two options for shipping and I chose the most expensive option, thinking it must be Express Post. But I have, since, been informed that I selected regular Parcel Post. I'm extremely disappointed that Express Post was not an option! Moreover, it took 30 hours for someone to respond to my enquiry!”

“These guys are crooks. I buy a fuse box online. After the purchase and payment, I get a message to say they can't supply the item, but I can have store credit for the money I paid. These guys advertised and sold something they don't have. That is false advertising and is fraud. I want a refund. Not store credit. Fair trading are the next people I write too.”

“Unfortunately the after market Taillight for my 2010 Kia Sorrento did not have the same internal fittings and was not compatible even though the website showed it was. Hopefully i can get a refund or a swap”

“Wouldn’t recommend these guys. Ordered brake pads and rotors on the 28/6 still waiting. Just keep getting the run around with a stupid txt and wait half a day for a reply. Was told 2weeks ago they had arrived in store but still nothing. Worst service ever”

“Good prices Aus company will use frequently for gearbox supplies. Trying to locate gearbox supplies through Google and ebay with very little success. The only reason I found AS was through chatgpt asking for links to Australian companies supplying a specific part number.”

“AVOID. Ordered over 70 days ago (August 15), still says 'Order Received'. They are now asking for more money to send an alternative because they sell items that are not stocked! AVOID. It is illegal to sell goods you cannot supply.”

“Good range of products, fair prices but not the best available. A 5% discount code is provided after first purchase. However, I became aware of AS through the Redriven youtube channel. No discount code was provided through Redriven - why not? It would seem AS has no way of tracking referrals from Redriven, which is a strange way of monitoring return on marketing investment. Surely a discount code should be provided to Redriven and then that code can be tracked by AS?!? Anyway, they might need to get some marketing advice...”
