“It has been 5 days since my order was placed, so far all I have received is an order confirmation but nothing regarding whether it has been dispatched or any kind of eta etc, of course payment has been taken from my account but so far the experience is vague and disappointing. Delivery was said to be 5-7 days but I don't even have correspondence yet let alone what I paid for.”
