“I'm not reviewing the part. I'm reviewing the service. Considering I paid for Premium shipping-Auspost, this order was placed outside the Dispatch & Handling Time. This then took the shipping time to deliver. Why does it take 4 days to dispatch when the parts are in store?”

“Never again. Waited one month. Canceled the order. 2 days later get a message from the support team that has been sent on that day and return is possible but I will have to pay a restocking fee. Going to fly to Sydney from Perth to give the part back.”

“Very Poor after sales service. Following a fault in the rear mirror camera the store was notified. I tried phoning but on hold for over one hour...gave up Tried live chat but no response for over an hour.....so had to give up. Tried email but no response for over a week then many follow up emails to get anything actually happening. The Superstore firstly could not believe it possible that mirror could not be working! then they said its a claim to the manufacturer....which it is not under consumer laws. no mention of return to refund, which should have happened. Ended up shelling out another $80 to buy the faulty part from Frankies Auto Electrics, and now the whole mirror unit works well. This was a much easier option then dealing with the Automotive Superstore customer service which is woefull. Next time I will shop with Frankies Auto Electrics.”

“Overall a great transaction experience. Prompt response to a technical query to validate that the part I sought was correct for my vehicle. The parts were dispatched within the time published on the website and delivered within a few days (intrastate NSW) I'll certainly be checking Automotive Superstore again for parts requirements.”
