“Part was no machined no body took responsibility the mailing system is left to be desired had the part fixed to fit couldn't have car off the road for that length of time got the run around no direct phone number no good will no refund bad”

“I purchased a headunit from Automotive Superstore (AS) and, given I live in a rural area, decided to fit myself. I found that I needed a cord to fit to the usb outlet and called AS to ask about it. Typical call centre push this button to talk about this, push this button to talk about that. I finally got onto an installation fitter and asked about the cord and he said I don't know what kit you have. I told him, I was put on hold, no explanation as to what he was doing and I waited. Fifteen minutes later the line went dead and that was that. Never again.”

“A very easy site to use and order specific parts for your vehicle. The vehicle identifier is great to ensure your parts are for the correct vehicle. The postage and handling was also very prompt . All round a very good service.”
