“Good range of products, fair prices but not the best available. A 5% discount code is provided after first purchase. However, I became aware of AS through the Redriven youtube channel. No discount code was provided through Redriven - why not? It would seem AS has no way of tracking referrals from Redriven, which is a strange way of monitoring return on marketing investment. Surely a discount code should be provided to Redriven and then that code can be tracked by AS?!? Anyway, they might need to get some marketing advice...”

“Not impressed at all. Brake pads ordered, are incorrect for my car (although your website says they will fit). I have tried numerous times to contact the store, with no reply. Customer Service is absolutely atrocious. I will NEVER order anything from this place AGAIN. BEWARE!!!”

“So the ordering process was ok, but after ordering parts 5 days ago, no delivery date and no response to my email of 2 days ago asking about the expected delivery date. I thought a week to get the parts would be fine, but the job I planned to do on Monday will be delayed. Not happy.”

“Terrible warranty support for smaller items. Cost more to return the item that it's worth & there's no guarantee they agree with the warranty so you might not event get it refunded. If they covered the return cost then it would be fine but they refused so it would be insane to spend more money.”

“Click and collect is meant to be done on the same day the stock is paid for .. paying for it then finding out its gonna take a few days to have it ready is just a pick up order.. bit deceiving marketing it as click and collect ..had i known this before i paid i woulda bought elsewhere, i live in gosford so its not a short drive to come pick it up.. the day i ordered it , i was in the area and actually needed the parts that day , my brakes are almost metal on metal, so having to drive back to gosford and then back to sydney to pick up, with virtually no brakes is not ideal.. and as yet im still waiting for the parts that i bought on wednesday.. i could have just paid the extra $30 and got the parts that same day at any repco or supercheap auto”

“online purshase was simple and easy, however the after sales experiance is total shit reasons, ordered last Monday, invoiced on Monday, but since then heard nothing? not even any update when my order will be sent, and today is Monday again however one week later If you expect good feedback, how can I provide this, when my experience has not been good?
