“Third time ordering online. Always delayed on shipping. Tried to contact customer service always saying sorry for the delay. No shipping info. No tracking order. Only order number. And you keep wondering what happened on your order.”

“On the 19th june I ordered a GME xrs 4wd pack for a upcoming trip. I then reached out to customer support on Tuesday to enquire about tracking information, and was advised that my order wasn't going to be sent until friday which I was disappointed by as I wanted to install the uhf radio on the Week end. On the Friday 26th of June at lunch time I again reached out to customer support to enquire about my order and was advised they were sorry that my order wasn't going to be sent, that they moved warehouse and orders should be completed within a week. When I explained that this was not good enough, as i ordered my UHF radio for a upcoming trip, that I wish I was informed before purchasing from them that it was going to be a long delay, or at least informed straight away after ordering then I could have made a decision to order from another company, I also asked for a more definitive time line due to my trip and then they didn't reply. So now i am left in limbo, no radio, no communication and still have no clue on when my order will be sent, if it will arrive in time before I leave.”

“Ordering was great as usual however i was disappointed that the $10 off Discount Code you his sent to me by SMS wouldn’t work :( The code was - O8DTXKN18J No matter what i tried it wouldn’t apply to the order that was over the required $100.”

“Was looking for zero but doesn’t exist. Ordered product was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. Arrived nearly 4 weeks later. Then the product was damaged, and tried contacting them again with little or no repsponse. If something goes wrong as a customer you have little chance of getting a response, when you ring them up they divert you back to online, if you go to the showroom employee..they apparently don’t deal with customer or online orders so you can’t get an update or an answer. They say they will get back to you but no answer, you can text them again no answer. This is not good customer service, is heading into week 5. Please be aware if something goes wrong with your order, It is really really difficult to get a response.”

“I had difficulty using the online store and emailed support 2 days ago. Have not heard back. The problems were: i found a blinker online showing it was available through your store but when I tried to buy it I had the option of login or continue as guest. I am a member but forgot my email so tried to simply continue as guest. It would not let me as guest. It would also not let me as a guest enter my address. I was forced to try ask for a password reset. I asked, but the link email did not arrive. I sent myself a test email and that was fine, but the password one did not arrive. After 8minutes I tried again. Then after 4 more minutes tried again. No password email but I was locked out. My ford courier 2006 blinker was still in checkout but I could not buy it. 12hours later I tried again. The password email arrived this time but then trying to find the Ford courier 2006 blinker would not find the item. Even shortening to ford courier got me lots of products but not the blinker. I thought maybe to sold out. I tried Google again, found it, linked back to your website, and tried buying it now my password reset. The transaction to finalise checkout failed 3 times and in the 4th it worked and I did it via PayPal. In summary, what you can take from this is, some customers will keep trying as your price is cheap enough, but your continue as guest option did not work, the keyword search function did not work well in your site so I used Google, and your password reset email works some of the time. On the last product ai bought, the drum brakes were the wrong size did the Ford Courier 4WD your site said it fitted. However, I have a 2wd ford courier which they fit so I will keep them in case I need drums for that one. Thanks”

“Don’t send tracking info, don’t update you on deliveries, won’t give you any reason for late shipment besides “it’s on its way”. Website says 3-5 days shipping. 20 days later and I’m sending my 5th email about my order on where th location of parts are”

“Initial delivery was very quick, so I was very happy with that. Upon opening one of the products (windscreep wiper) a part was missing. I reported it and it was rectified without any fuss. Overall, very happy with my experience!”
