“Once I had put the correct model of my wife's Honda into the search box it was extremely easy to find the brakes I was looking for. Check before buying that you have the correct pads for front or rear before making payment.”

“Came to Castle Hill to find about Dashcams to replace an earlier model. We were served by Shadi who spent time going through our options and what would suit us best. As an older couple we needed plenty of help. He arranged fitting and deposit. While there he also helped us with ideas for replacing our old Ford Sync 2 system. He came out to the car and talked through our options. He was patient, knowledgeable and a credit to the company Thank you Sally and Graham Costello”

“Dreadful.. Holding money from a cancelled transaction that I was told I could cancel if i didnt want to sent one of your suppliers a separate payment .it sounded like a scam..never doing business with you people again”

“Excellent process from order to delivery. Received in 2 working days excluding day of order. Great communication. Only negative was Packaging a little overkill & would not fit in my parcel locker hence a trip to post office.. But arrived undamaged. Have used before & will certainly again..”

“Ordered Black Friday sales - multiple items. Order was slow to be dispatched. But quick to take your fund’s thought. When I got my delivery. Box was missing multiple items of the order , no shipping slip or explanation came with part order. A measurement of a business is how they regard their customers, and make things right when things go wrong. AS is lacking in this area. They a have a firewall type way of dealing with customers issues. Easy to take your money, but make it difficult to address an issue? 1300 number doesn’t allow you to speak to person directly about your order. Customer Service work Mon Friday only hours in this age🤔.They provide a mobile number to txt your issue to and they will get back to you . A lot of ping pong to get things resolved in the end. I don’t feel confident in buying high price point auto items from this business online sadly.”
