“Shipping cost seem to be well above market rates. All large companies get significant discounts on shipping and there is no reason to charge the full rate. Next time I will be looking somewhere else.”

“Pretty happy overall, although I find your pricing anomalies rather strange to comprihend. I bought front struts for my car and 1 strut (LHS) $194 and the other side was $266. The question remains.... "Why aren't they the same price?"”

“Pretty good - I’d like to see more definitive descriptions of parts including photos of specific parts, rather than generic photos. The system relies on the vehicle identification to match parts and I’ve found this a bit of a trap.”

“When there is discounts and specials that are cheaper than competitors, value for money indeed. Customer service is user-friendly and after sales service is good as well. Deliveries are fast and all items are packaged well and delivered with good customer satisfaction.”

“I have used auto superstore for many orders over a few years and have been very happy with the service and access to a wide range of products, the only reservation I have is if a part is incorrectly supplied, on the two occasions (of many good experiences) I found the wait for return authority, then for correct supply to be unreasonable, especially in the country situation. When you take a part out only to find the supplied unit is incorrect or faulty, a little trust needs to be applied in terms of rapid rectification. Unfortunately this has made me very cautious about purchase of units that will lead to time down waiting for rectification. The majority of transactions have been positive but be prepared for a wait if things are not so streamlined.”
