“Great parts company, stuff usually comes pretty fast and is always well priced compared to other places. One of my orders came missing one of the parts and customer service got it all sorted and shipped to the door within 3 days. Overall apart from that one small problem they are great👍”

“Had the product I wanted in stock and it even ( unlike some) included the gasket. Nice it came.by Australia Post and not "uber" or "other,," who are inclined to leave it in plain view by the front gate and or out in the rain. Was delivered ok. Always include required gaskets and or O rings if needed for correct installation, others don't as I found doing the search before purchasing”

“All good. My only criticism is the photo of products was in black/white. I am still not sure if product I ordered is correct. My experience with ‘Superpro’ bushes are blue in colour. Very hard to tell from your website what colour bushes are. No other info yet. Ordered 24 hrs ago”

“Jeff Fu (If interested and someone actually gives this to you), Support was excellent, although considering the validity of the web-site price, discount and GST calculation issues I reported on in detail, I felt Alberts offer of a $25 credit voucher was almost an insult. Alberts' response time throughout was VERY impressive.”

“All the parts I wanted were available and a good price which I was happy with. Unfortunately I had an issue with the website not able to proceed through checkout but the staff called me to help me with the order. There could be an improvement in freight durations/delivery times displayed at checkout. The 1-3 days delivery note should be updated to communicate that it’s the amount of days to prepare the order. I think this format was setup to bring in more orders but it has a negative effect on customer side. Could also include free shipping on orders above eg $100 not $500, most retailers these days have a lower threshold to qualify for free shipping.”
