“I was well informed how the order was going and Aust Post also kept me informed. I did enter a discount code unfortunately for me it didn’t appear also unless I read it wrong I thought I was entitled to free freight this also did not happen.”

“I like shopping for service parts such as spark plugs and ignition coils etc from Superstore as finding parts at reasonable price and most OEM parts are available. The one area I find the service can be improved is on receipt of online order the store should aim to provide an ETA of delivery with 24 hours or less currently it takes over 3 Days before any notification is received and there is no tracking information on the website login.”

“Very responsive Support. Very informative. However I was unable to get a specific answer to my question. As a result I purchased items to do the job (hopefully) out of frustration. I hindsight the direction I was going and the advice given were disparate and I was apparently unable to explain the difference clearly enough to get an suitable/satisfactory answer. Nevermind, after three purchases I should be able to solve my issue. Thanks to Support for trying.”
