“I am a new customer. Joining was fairly easy and subsequent contact with call centre and live-chat was quick and courteous. Not much to say at this point.”

“Exorbitant charges to move home, I was quoted £200 extra (+70%!!!) to move to a quieter and safer area and off road too. I decided to cancel and they charged me £70 for the pleasure. Dreadful customer service, I was cut off deliberately and they never bothered calling me back. After all that it was significantly cheaper to cancel and go with someone else. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!”

“I have only had the insurance a short period of time and this is my first policy with them but it was a very easy thing to set up. It was much cheaper than the renewal I recieved through from my last insurers and with all the same perks. I had all the documents/booklets come through immediately. I am very pleased with this insurer.”

“I tried to purchase online but was unable. They give you a phone number so I rang but even though I had already given them all mine and the vehicle details with reference number online, they wanted to charge me an extra £15 (on top of the £20 already charged for being a new customer) for the privileged of simply starting the policy over the phone. When I complained that this was stated nowhere on the web page I got told that "it is just our policy". WELL THEN YOUR POLICY STINKS AND NEEDS CHANGING! Your stupid policy left me out in the rain miles from home with no insurance cover. BANDITS!”
