Easy process online, good price. Only down side, treat you like a liar until you can prove in great detail that the no claims bonus you have are true. Surely in this day & age the insurance community would be able to check amongst themselves what your no claims bonus is.

Some of the insurers that we work with do request that copies of no claims bonus are kept on file. At the moment, there is no industry wide database to share this information. The form filling online was quite straightforward though in common with other companies offering van insurance there were insufficient choices of employment details so it was difficult to be precise in answering this question . The selections were limited & there was no place to enter the details oneself it had to be preselected from the lists. I think online forms should tell you immediately if you have entered the wrong thing like a date or description instead of taking you back to the beginning then you have to search for the error throughout the form .This is quite time consuming . Otherwise all my dealings so far with autonet have been very good especially the speed at which documents I sent in were processed & the speed of sending me my documents .

Quick and easy, friendly enough. Very reasonable price too. Only fault is they got my title wrong as Ms instead of Mrs, but so did mr last insurers!

Hi every thing really easy to do but didn't understand why they needed a picture of driving licence and a code from dvla maybe this is a new thing but I've never heard of it.

If there are changes to the policy, such as changing from a van to a car, the policy will need to be reviewed. I have never taken out an online policy of this type before and was a little apprehensive at first. However I found the Autonet website easy to navigate @ understand, I soon felt quite confident and completed the application with ease. I decided on taking out a buildings @ contents household Insurance as the quoatation I was given could not be beaten by any other provider. I will certainly be using Autonet again in the future.

Although I know the process of changing van insurance can be quite long, I wasn't expecting an hour and a quarter phone call. As a self employed joiner this was quite a chunk out of my working day. But the insurance is sorted now so I'm happy. Good job, very thourough,
