“'Twas ok just took ages to sort out a quote cause was cancelled I had to send my ncb in twice cause they never received it and that cost me £86 cancellation fee which I wasn't about made the insurance not as cheap”

“Competitive quote for my home insurance and easy to arrange online. I took advantage of interest free direct debit but found this a bit hard work as auto net asked for bank details and then a day or two later the finance company asked me for same information. This made it more complicated”

“Quick online service but would have preferred a call to tell me that a piece of info was missing rather than an email with the info in an attachment, which I couldn't open right away. When I phoned the helpline though, the assistant was very efficient and sorted the problem straight away.”

“The quote was very competitive & it was easy to complete all the online forms & submit the proof of no claims. I like the fact that breakdown cover is included as well as European driving cover in the package I chose. It was a little time consuming having to get the code from the DVLA for each driver, I have never been required to do that before by any of my insurers.”

“Autonet came in with the cheapest quote for me originally and the have auto-renewed with for a similar price although with a slight increase. I would recommend.”

“Once you get through repeating the same information several times then you will find the employees very courteous and helpful despite having the handicap of cooperate corporation performance targets and expectations. However, they do need to dismiss the automatic renewal service as this usually involves the customer searching on line for a much better deal, finding it, then having to phone yourselves asking you if you can equal or better it.... Low and behold you come in around 50 quid cheaper!!, wtf! Why not save me having to search for a better deal if you can better it? Why not just offer me the best deal in first place? Just curiosity here but did you guys have anything to do with the design and construction of Apollo 13?. , challenger space shuttle perhaps?, if not, you guys really missed your vocation .”

When a policy is due for renewal, we search our panel and look for the most suitable product based on the information we have available at the time. “selected to insure with Autonet plus after finding them on a comparison site. They weren't the cheapest but had the cover that I required which was considerably cheaper that the renewal quote from my existing company. Straight forward filling in of online forms and the receipt of documents by return. Simply and efficiently achieved, would recommend.”
