“I found Autonet on uswitch after I found my previous provider was getting very expensive.The set up was via internet and went smoothly.As I have just entered into this policy I cannot comment fully on how good it is or how effective it is so give it the rating above.”

“The process was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in entering my birth year (1945, should have been 1943). Auto net spotted the error and called me. I was surprised at the size of the increase on correction of the error. I was passed backwards and forwards several times between Sales and Admin, and everyone tried to sell me legal cover that I didn't want. I would have rated excellent on the initial process, fairly good thereafter.”

“Good price on my insurance. I had a query that needed to be resolved over the phone and the lady that dealt with me was very helpful. Only negative part is that it took a long time for the phone to be answered.”
