“In the middle of the Christmas sale period, my shower packed up and needed replacing so I went on to the store website and quickly found a reasonably priced replacement. I placed my order and as the local store is only a short distance from home, I went straight down to collect. On arrival, the customer service assistant told me that my item wasn’t ready for collection. This turned out to be my error as the e receipt clearly said that the item would be ready an hour after the order was placed. As the store was so busy at the time, I was expecting to be told that I would have to come back later to collect, but instead the staff went out of their way to find my item. The friendly & helpful staff went above and beyond to make sure I left the store with a smile on my face.”

“Decided to call at Bamber Bridge store to look at kitchens as I had read that the kitchen designers are not on commission and therefor not as pushy Yes it turned out that was true. We were met by a assistant called Dave who enquktef6did we need help and the introduced us to Brian one of the designers who spent a good 2.5 hours forming a design from our measurements and then we achieved our perfect kitchen Very pleased with the cost and then we got some extra discount on the appliances. Nothing was to much trouble for Brian, and most helpful. We also were offered coffee which we gratefully accepted. After arriving home I was immediately on the laptop checking the price of the appliances against other suppliers and was most pleasantly surprised to find they were all cheaper even before the discount so more than happy. 2 nd stage will be when the units arrive in 21 days the I will add to this report. Decided not to go onto Wren Kitchens as more than happy with our choice.”

“Spent a fair amount of time yesterday at the Scotswood B and Q Newcastle and had excellent service and advice from a young man named Thomas who went out of his way to help us. He even ran over his working hours to assist us packing the car.”

“BQ Dumbarton Road Glasgow. Assisted by Luke (A Glasgow University Student just in case there is another Luke) who was exceptionally helpful and courteous to me during my visit. He wrote down numerous points, costs and requirements for me and really left me feeling valued. Thank you Luke.”

“I visited the Tunbridge Wells branch today and received great customer service from Gill and Diane “Dee”. They were both so helpful in helping me find what I was looking for, set me up with a B&Q card to get £5 off my shop and took the time to help me find everything I needed. So helpful and really went the extra mile. A credit to the store.”

“Visited the Wakefield branch a week ago to sort items out for my bathroom project. The staff there were absolutely brilliant, they couldn't have been more helpful. A big thank you to Wendi who checked stock and spent time and was very patient to place our order and sort everything out for us. Also Laura with her help in checking on a replacement toilet seat as well, she was most helpful. Luke (trade) was really helpful with find us a radiator that wasn't showing in stock on the computer but went out of his way and checked on the shop floor and found the one we wanted, was very polite, helpful and even carried the item to the car for us. Please could you pass these comments back to the staff mentioned above and acknowledge that my comments have been forwarded. Many thanks”

“Visited Bilston store today trying to find 1 kitchen cupboard door , this was an old range. Yvonne at the design desk was fab. She checked any stock in store, ordered our door, helped us with the carcass and handles. She was a complete star!”

“We put our own b&q kitchen in over a 6mths. Tim & Shelby at ravenside b&q were absolutely brilliant. We are oaps & i am disabled but they talked us through all the things we asked. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the service we received”

“I MADE A PURCHASE OF FLOORING ON 29.10.19.AAND WAS SERVED BY SIMON. HE WAS MOST HELPFUL WITH ADVICE ETC AND VERY POLITE AND EFFICIENT. I COULD NOT FAULT HIM AND OPE HE WILL DO WELL WITH YOUR COMPANY. ALSO TWO WEEKS BEFORE I WAS SERVED BY ROGER AND AMIEE REGARDING THE ABOVE. THEY ALSO WAS HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. I COULD NOT FAULT THE SERVICE OF THESE THREE PEOPLE.”

“Today I was very luckily supported by Deb Palmer from the Lighting Department in B&Q Longwell Green Branch. Lighting purchases are becoming much more complicated with such specific and expensive light bulbs. I was fortunate that Deb took me through the specifications I needed for the bathroom light and then the options bulb type and colour tone. She was bright and cheerful throughout and offered fantastic customer support, to the point that I took her name for this review. I purchased 4 lots of lighting and bulbs and was happy with the help I received, I am completely confident with my purchases. Great Customer Care, Support and real interest in meeting my needs...”

“I got realy well looked after this evening at the Lewis Road store. Needed to catch the 3 4 2 deal on Farrow and Ball paints. At one point about 2 - 3 staff led by Debi and Carol (and others who names I've forgotten sorry) were all determined to establish the location of paints in other stores. Great service. I ended up saving over £90 in one go.... result! Paul”

“if your buying a kitchen from the grimsby branch see Marie Coley. You will struggle to find a more helpful advisor. she has helped us every step of the way, kept us informed of offers, helped us save money and guided us through all the product features. Probably would have gone elsewhere if she wasnt so helpful, well done marie and thanks for all your help.”
