“Went to Wisbech store today to order fence panelling and posts and me and my husband were helped by an excellent lad called Lee-Jay who helped us size everything, stack the trolley then load it onto the roof of the car. He was excellent and he made the whole shenanigans excellent and even fun. Five start customer service.”

“Today I bought a sink waste kit from Bolton B&Q to replace the broken one in the kitchen. Fitting it was quite straight forward, but one of the joints was dripping. I went back to B&Q to ask for some advice. I talked to Ilya; he was very patient and helpful. He showed me how to fit it properly and I found out the way I fitted it was wrong. I came back home and refitted the kit. Perfect! The sink was good as new and no dripping! A big thank you to Ilya! You are a star of B&Q!”

“Today 02/06/2018 @ 11 AM purchased some heavy items from B& Q Stratford On Avon was helped by two very helpful lads nothing was to much trouble there names were Tom H and Jake L well done lads thanks ( please send my compliments to the lads ) Mrs R Heppell”

“I use Tunbridge Wells B& Q a lot and the Guys and Girls on trade point are always brilliant. But I have to say that Charlie on trade point was exceptional on Thursday he helped me load my van and had his usual happy helpful attitude was a breath of fresh air.”

“I bought a bathroom from B&Q Nelson. The sink was cracked and the unit was sub-standard. I went into the store with some photographs of it and spoke to Sophie and James, the manager. Their customer service was exceptional and James understood that it was a genuine complaint. He gave me great advice and directed me to a sink and unit of superior quality. He then said that I could have it for free because he knew I would have to get the first sink out and pay for the installation of the new one. I cannot thank him enough because we are on a tight budget. There was no arguing or haggling just great service. I will always use B&Q Nelson for all my DIY and gardening needs. They were more concerned about the disruption that had happened and did all they could to put it right. Thank you so much, it is refreshing to know that B&Q put their customers first before profit.”

“We brought lovely tap for kitchen sink took it home tried to fix together couldn,t do it .Back to B&Q to get help.bumpt in to Felix of the Watford Store. Knowing what a nice and helpful man he is l explained our predicament. Felix our Knight in shining Armour fixed our problem and left us feeling so happy. This man Felix is such an Asset to B & Qs.”

“had full bathroom fitted last month can honestly say the job went fantastic no problems whatsoever fitters were very nice and helpful and completion was a little over but that was our doing am so so pleased would deal with them again. and the price was the cheapest quoted. (Lincoln)”

“Had an excellent customer services from B&Q Acton branch from Billy, he was very helpful & pleasant member of staff. Very pleased and he went an extra mile to help me load and unload my tiles . We need more people like Billy, keep up your excellent customer services Billy.”
