“We brought lovely tap for kitchen sink took it home tried to fix together couldn,t do it .Back to B&Q to get help.bumpt in to Felix of the Watford Store. Knowing what a nice and helpful man he is l explained our predicament. Felix our Knight in shining Armour fixed our problem and left us feeling so happy. This man Felix is such an Asset to B & Qs.”

“I recently bought flooring and tiles from B & Q which was proved to be a very good buy as it all worked very well and when I found I had bought too much they refunded for the returned goods immediately.”

“had full bathroom fitted last month can honestly say the job went fantastic no problems whatsoever fitters were very nice and helpful and completion was a little over but that was our doing am so so pleased would deal with them again. and the price was the cheapest quoted. (Lincoln)”

“Had an excellent customer services from B&Q Acton branch from Billy, he was very helpful & pleasant member of staff. Very pleased and he went an extra mile to help me load and unload my tiles . We need more people like Billy, keep up your excellent customer services Billy.”

“I'm not a great fan of big DIY shops but have to share my experience of B&Q. I went in asking for a load of MDF to be cut to size. The staff were so helpful, never made me feel like I was being any trouble at all. All at a great price. Great service.”

“Unable to order fencing and decorative stones online so the order was taken on the phone. The assistant was very helpful and gave clear instructions about the delivery. I received the text the night before with a 2 hour window and the delivery driver rang to tell me he would arrive in the following 30 minutes. He arrived on time and it was a very tricky delivery as there were cars parked outside my house. The driver operated the hydraulic lift into my front garden with great care and skill. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the whole experience from ordering to delivery was excellent. I will have no hesitation in using B&Q again.”

“I went to b&q in Halifax today, julia at the counter helped us with our kitchen tile order, sorted everything out and slotted us in to create kitchen, zaid was great showing us how our kitchen woild look, bighly recommend”
