“B&Q Stairfoot, Barnsley - apparently closing in about 18 months and so the store manager is sacking as many staff as possible (just making up reasons to sack them). So, obviously the staff absolutely hate the management and have no reason whatsoever to offer any kind of customer service. Cant say I blame them.”

“bought an external £499 Romero door from B&Q - what a load of rubbish!! within two weeks started to crack and swell making it impossible to open and close. I sent a letter of complaint to the Cowbridge Road west , Cardiff store 3 weeks ago - as yet the manager has not responded. Terrible after sales service.”
